Kids or no kids, having a few quick weeknight meals in your back pocket is always a good idea. We've scoured the web and found 6 recipes that can be made in 30 minutes or less. Pair these with a Cavinona bottle and you're all set to enjoy those extra minutes you won't spend making a labour intensive dinner.

1. CACIO E PEPE + BAIOCCO BIANCO 2015

COOKING TIME: 20 MIN

This Cacio e Pepe recipe from The New York Times Cooking is classic, delicious, and super easy to prepare. You'll get a round of Bravos as you bring this dish to the table. Paired with our new Grechetto from Antonelli San Marco in Umbria, you'll be mentally transported to a traditional Italian Osteria.

2. FRIED MOZZARELLA W/ ARUGULA & PROSCIUTTO + LAMBRUSCO

COOKING TIME: 25 MIN

Pairing Lambrusco with salumi is as classic as it gets, but cold cuts for dinner can leave you wanting. This dinner appropriate salad from Epicurious highlights prosciutto, but steps it up a notch with fried mozzarella and a base of greens. It's the perfect dish to pair with your introduction to your new favourite sparkling wine: our new Lambrusco Remigio 100 from Ca'De'Medici!

3.  SEARED CHICKEN THIGHS W/ BLISTERED TOMATOES & BASIL + BAIOCCO ROSSO 2015

COOKING TIME: 30 MIN

Chicken thighs are not only a fast cut to cook, but they're a great compliment to medium bodied slightly tannic red wines like our Baiocco Rosso. This recipe from The Kitchn is calling out for a nice Sangiovese to pair with the rich chicken thighs and sweet cherry tomatoes. Best of all, you'll be sitting down to eat within half an hour.

COOKING TIME: 30 MIN

When in Sicily... eat tuna and drink Etna Bianco. That's how the saying goes, right? You don't have to be in Sicily to enjoy this under 30 minute dinner. Could there be a more perfect pairing than this tuna carpaccio from jamieoliver.com and this Carricante and Catarratto based white from Graci? The answer is no.
