Vinification/Ageing: Skin-contact maceration for 6 days. Fermentation and ageing exclusively in steel, with malolactic fermentation.
Description: Brilliant cherry red, with intense and intriguing notes of wild rose, strawberry tree, plum and aromatic herbs. Racy on the palate, fruity and savoury on the finish, balanced with acidity. Bansigu, the Ligurian dialect word for “swing”, is a red, Mediterranean-style wine.
