Vinification/Ageing: 20 day maceration on the skins, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Ageing in large oak barrels for 12 months followed by another 12 months in bottle.
Description: Ruby red with a lively nose with red and black berry overtones, tobacco and cinnamon. Medium bodied, the savoury palate displays well-defined tannins. Well-balanced and holds together well.
