Varietals: 100% Albana
Vinification/Ageing: Late harvested Albana, selected in multiple passages only parts of the bunch and single berries attacked by noble rot with the addition of a small percentage of grapes dried in small baskets. Fermented in small steel tanks and in some years in used French oak barriques. Aged 12 months in small stainless steel tanks then 6 months in bottle.
Alcohol: 12.5%
Tasting Note: Aromas of apricot, spicy sweet fruits, honey and caramelized figs. Pleasant freshness associated with consistent structure, hints of honey and persistent finish.
