Description: Pale yellow in color with light greenish reflexes. Evident floral notes with the scents of fresh Mediterranean scrub: broom and chamomile. Fresh fruit and minerality on the palate with nice length on the finish. A fresh an easygoing white to pair with lighter dishes.
