Vinification/Ageing: 15 days maceration with malolactic fermentation. 34 months ageing, of which at least 18 are in Slavonian oak barrels. Refining in bottle for at least 4 months.
Alcohol: 14.5%
Description: An elegant nose of dark forest fruits, dried herbs, raspberry and leather. Fresh with gripping tannins and a long finish. A wine of great personality and character, from the tiny Boca DOC area.
