Aged on the lees for 20 to 26 months. 3 to 4 months of post-disgorgement refinement.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eVineyard: Vineyards are located near Mount Alto which acts a barrier against the north winds as well as the fog that creeps up from the Po Valley. This long, isolated mountain divides Lake Iseo into two parallel gulfs - that of Iseo, in the province of Brescia, and that of Sarnico, in the province of Bergamo. The mountain is made of marine sedimentary rocks, i.e. lime, marl and sandstone.
