Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation in both large oak and stainless steel; 20-60 day maceration. Ageing for 24 months in 30 hl oak barrel and steel with 10 months in bottle before release. 7000 bottles made.
Description: Aromatic with vibrant red fruit, Mediterranean herbs and earthy complexity. Integrated tannins and a distinct minerality are balanced with the nocera's acidity. This is focused and precise with incredible structure.
