Vinification/Ageing: After the malolactic process, the wine is transferred into small 225 L barrels where in remains for at least one year, followed by bottle ageing for 11 months.
Description: Ruby red with hues of garnet. Delicate nose with hints of vanilla, chestnut blossom and cedar. On the palate, the wine is full and well balanced, with good length and smooth tannins.
