Varietals: 100% Barbera (organic)
Vinification/Ageing: Traditional-style, floating cap fermentation of estate-grown grapes for 15/20 days. The wine is then matured in medium-sized oak barrels for few months or sometimes stabilized in an inert tank.
Description: Deep ruby-red, almost blending into purple. On the nose, it is full of ripe fruit aromas. On the palate, the wine has excellent body while staying well balanced. Notes of red cherries and blackberries with some firm tannins.
