Vinification/Ageing: After pressing and destemming, the must ferments in stainless steel for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in wood. 6 months ageing in 50 hl oak barrels and minimum 3 months in the bottle.
Description: Bright ruby red with intense fruit forward notes of cherry, red currant and raspberry. Dry, silky and persistent with soft tannins and subtle minerality.
