Vinification/Ageing: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel using native yeasts. 30 day contact with lees in French oak. Ageing in steel on oaked lees for 18 months followed by a light filtration and a minimum of 18 months in bottle before release.
Description: A classic and expressive Friulano example. Delicate, slightly aromatic bouquet of spring flowers, white fruit and almond. Dry, fresh and clean with beautiful minerality. From a single vineyard, the grapes are harvested from 80 year old vines surrounding the San Lorenzo Church in Brazzano di Cormons.
