Ageing/Vinification: 20 day maceration with the skins; aged in new French oak barrels for 8-10 months with an additional 16 months refining in bottle before release.
Description: Ruby red wine with purplish reflections. The nose is delicate and balanced with notes of berries and sweet spices, tobacco, mint and leather, accented with a balsamic hint. Tasty and powerful at first, it becomes warm and balanced on the palate, ending with a long dynamic finish.
