Vinification/Ageing: In oak casks of 50 hl to optimize parcellar selection. Filling of the oak casks entirely by gravity flow. Fermentation: temperature of 28-30°C with several punching-down. Maceration on the skins for 4 weekse bottle. Aged in French tonneaux for 24 months, then a minimum of 18 months in bottle.
Description: intense, fruity aromas of currant, marasca and spice. The palate is structured and elegant, silky with a lingering finish.
