Varietals: 80% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Nerello Cappuccio (organic)
Vinification/Ageing: 11 days maceration, controlled low temperature fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeasts. 10 months ageing in both stainless steel and neutral barrels. No fining or filtering.
Description: Ruby red with hues of garnet. Delicate nose with hints of cherry, chestnut blossom and cedar. On the palate, the wine is full and well balanced, with good length, earthy minerality and bright acidity.
