Vinification/Ageing: Vinification in steel vats for 20 days at 23 degrees Celsius. 10 months ageing in cement vats and large oak barrels, followed by an additional 6 months in
bottle.

Description: A rich and lush body signal the heat of the vintage, yet it is brightened by its characteristic minerality and acidity.
