Varietals: Negroamaro 80%, Susumaniello 20%

Yields: 6 tons / hectare

Vinification/Ageing: Fermented at 22C-24C in steel tanks. 18 days maceration at controlled temperatures. Malolactic Fermentation. Aged 14 months in steel tanks, then 8 to 9 months in French oak barriques; minimum 3 months in the bottle .

Alcohol: 14.5%

Description: Aromas of dry leaves, late blooming flowers and aromatic herbs with hints of leather and tobacco and balsamic. Intense and full bodied, structured, well defined tannin, with a long and sapid finish. Allowing further sips to fully satisfy itself..
