Vinification/Ageing: Nebbiolo has a cold maceration period (temperature controlled by dry ice) for about 22 hours, the saignée of Croatina and Vespolina from red wine production is incorporated and the wine undergoes cold fermentation in stainless steel for about 22 days.
Alcohol: 13%
Description: A stunning dry rosé with hints of wild strawberry, lychee, and watermelon. The bouquet is dominated by floral notes and an underlying minerality- this is a big wine with a long finish.
