Vinification/Ageing: ½ saignee method Montepulciano, and ½ Montepulciano vinified as a white wine; ageing in stainless steel.
Description: Medium-rose colour with a fresh and rich nose of red berry and garden flower. Dry, well balanced with vibrant minerality and a long finish. The white vinification method produces a better summer rose while the saignee method creates a fuller, fruity wine to enjoy in colder seasons. This is a rosé to pour year round.
