Vinification/Ageing: cold pre-fermentation maceration (36 to 48 hours), alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature. Maturation-refinement: racking into new barriques at the beginning of the malolactic fermentation, elevation for a period of 14 months and about 12 months in the bottle.
Description: Intense bouquet with aromas ranging from small red fruits to mint and licorice, good minerality. In the mouth it is complex, full-bodied, soft and aromatic tannins, balanced acidity.
