2014 Alta Langa Brut DOCG

Case of 6 bottles 

Varietals: 85% Pinot Nero and 15% Chardonnay

Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 16/17 C. In late spring the wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle, followed by maturation on the lees for approximately 36 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Description: On the nose, scents of bread crust perfectly blended with floral notes and hints of candied fruit.  Fine and persistent perlage.
