Vinification/Ageing: The grapes are harvested manually in early November. The fermentation is done with selected yeasts from the vineyard for 15 days. After fermentation, 30% of the wine is transferred to 5 hl oak barrels, while the remainder continues refinement in steel. Unfiltered.
Description: Intense ruby red colored wine, dense and opaque. The nose is rich and lingering with hints of ripe fruits, balsamic notes and read and spicy. The taste is warm, with austere tannins, and with some persistence.
