Description: Straw yellow with copper hues. Bouquet is complex and elegant with hints of yeast, toast and dried fruit. The splendid perlage is fine and persistent, enhancing the delicious fruity-floral notes. Excellent as an aperitif or with linguine with shellfish, sausage, and herbs. A fine substitute for Champagne or Franciacorta.
