Description: Made in the Metodo Classico or Champenoise style, the wine is re-fermented on yeasts for 24 to 36 months. This fine sparkling wine has a fine perlage and a dense taste, with notes of brioche and wild strawberries. Creamy and lively with a fresh salinity.
