Varietals: 100% Nebbiolo (organic)
Vinification/Ageing: Estate-grown bunches thinned during the summer undergo traditional-style, floating cap fermentation for 20-25 days. The wine is then matured in medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels for around 30 months.
Description: A beautiful garnet red with orange-hued ridges. On the nose, it is intensely fruity, spicy, floral and complex. The palate displays a balance of power and elegance with great length and a classic prune and rose finish.
Pairings: This Barolo is best with red meats in general, particularly game. Aged cheeses would also make an excellent accompaniment.
