Ageing/Vinification: Maceration on the skins for 15 days in steel vats, aging in oak casks for 24 months.
Description: A dark and full-bodied Barbera with notes of dark spice, black cherry and prune. On the palate, the wine is pretty and fresh, balanced by lingering herbal notes and spice.
