Vinification/Ageing: Traditional red, long steeping of the skins for about 15 days at a temperature of 26-28 ° c, with frequent manual mixings. Aged for about 12 months in oak barrels of varying in size and age, followed by four months in bottle

Alcohol: 14.5%

Description: Compact, sweet balsamic nose with a hint of oatmeal. Elegant, dark crushed fruit and cherry palate with quite grippy tannin and soft, completely integrated acidity, which peaks up on the finish.
