Case of 12 bottles
Varietals: 100% Timorasso
Vinification/Ageing: 9 months in stainless steel on the lees
Description: During the first years after bottling fruity, nectarine, acacia flowers and honey notes emerge. While young, only light mineral and hydrocarbon notes are detectable, after three/four-year bottle refinement they become more defined and intense. On the palate, the wine is dry, warm and soft. Consistent, this wine is nicely balanced and persistent with a creamy mouthfeel and great minerality.
Pairings: Carpaccio and tartar, stuffed peppers with tuna fish and capers, salami, fresh goat's-milk cheeses
