Vinification/Ageing: Temperature-controlled, long fermentation in stainless steel. 5 months ageing in steel, 12 months in French oak followed by 4 months in bottle before release.
Description: Deep purple with notes of ripe dark fruit, cocoa and violet. Excellent structure; soft and balanced with warm spices on the palate and a long finish from an ancient Greek varietal.
