Case of 6 bottles
Varietals: 100% Biancolella
Vinification/Ageing: Stainless steel
Description: Fruit is sourced from a single four-hectare vineyard on a steep cliff overlooking the Mediterranean, 600 metres above sea level. This is an example of so-called "extreme viticulture" given the challenges of harvesting in these conditions. We are lucky Casa d'Ambra pursues these radical efforts.
The bouquet shows yellow fruit, lemongrass and notes of sea salt and marine breeze. The wine is as unique as it is beautiful.
Pairings: Appetizers, fish-based pasta dishes and fish. Excellent with linguine with prawns or Ischia's traditional rabbit roasted in large open pits.
