Case of 6 bottles
Varietals: 100% Biancolella
Vinification/Ageing: Stainless steel
Description: Fruit is sourced from a four-hectare vineyard on a steep cliff overlooking the Mediterranean at 600 meters above sea level. This is an example of so-called "extreme viticulture" given the hardships of harvesting in these difficult conditions. We are lucky Casa d'Ambra pursues these radical efforts. The bouquet shows honey, yellow fruit, rose and saline notes of sea salt and marine breeze. The wine is as unique as it is beautiful.
Pairings: Appetizers, fish-based pasta dishes and fish. Linguine with prawns, Ischia's typical rabbit grown in large open pits.
