Varietals: 100% Sangiovese

Vineyard: soil is clay mix, very rich in skeleton with 10,000 stocks / hectare

Vinification/Ageing: oak casks of 30 hl to optimize parcellar selection Filling of the oak casks entirely by gravity flow. Fermentation at 30-32°C with several punching-downs. Maceration with submerged cap for 3 weeks. Aged in French oak casks for 30 months, then further 12 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 14%

Description: The wine captures Amantis' experience and passion for the Sangiovese grape. Intense, elegant aromas with notes of spice and black fruit. The palate has great structure and balance, spicy, with lingering flavours.
