Description: Pale yellow in colour, the nose reminds one of Sicilian fruit groves and their zesty lemons, in particular the unique cedro fruit – an oversized savoury lemon that’s prized when candied. A classic Etna Bianco blend, it is dry with minerality and a fleshy citrus character; grown up and refined whilst being very true and full of character; a trait of all Alberto Graci’s wines.
"Lovely fruit and floral aromas waft from the glass of this bright, light- to medium-bodied white, with a spine of racy acidity playing off the subtly fleshy range of ripe Anjou pear, white peach and candied ginger flavors. A hint of spicy mineral lingers on the finish. Drink now through 2022. 2,500 cases made. 90 points" - Alison Napjus, Wine Spectator (October 2018)
