Vinification/Ageing: Gentle and delicate grape pressing, followed by settling of the must. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 15-17° C. The wine is left on its fine lees for about 3 months before bottling.
Description: Straw yellow with greenish reflects, intense and fresh with notes of citrus and aromatic herbs. The wine is balanced with good acidity and a charming sapidity.
