Vinification / Ageing: Fermentation with only indigenous yeasts for 60 days. Aging on the lees for 12 months in stainless steel followed by 6 months in the bottle before release. The wine is bottled with minimal sulfur, no fining, no filtration.
Description: Notes of volcanic basalt, peach, sage and peat with a saline
finish. Only produced using the best, cooler vintages. 906 marks the number of this parcel of land on the official map of Avellino. 3500 bottles made.
