Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation in steel at 28-30°C, with automatic pumping over and subsequent maceration for 12-15 days. Transfer and maturation in large oak barrels for 10-12 months and subsequent refinement in the bottle.
Description: Intense ruby red with fruity aromas, refined with spicy and mineral notes. Warm and elegant on the palate, with fine tannins. Harmonious and persistent aftertaste, with returns of fruit (small red fruits of the undergrowth) and spice.
