Varietals: 100% Petite Arvine grapes planted in the Rovettaz vineyard at 700 meters altitude.
Farming: No use of insecticides, no acaricides, no chemical weeding are performed. Manuring is performed just with organic substances (manure).
Vinification/Ageing: Aged partly in steel and partly in oak (70% stainless steel and 30% used barriques). Long fermentation on the lees with repeated “bâtonnage” (lees-stirring) for the first month after fermentation.
Alcohol: 13%
Tasting Note: A wine featuring bright straw-yellow colour, intense bouquet, floral notes and citrus sensations, especially of pink grapefruit; well balanced acid structure ensure long-term ageing. It makes a good accompaniment to starters, white meats and fish.
