Varietals: 45% Corvina, 40% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella
Vineyards: estate vineyards in the hilly area of Montecchia di Crosarac, East facing, 410m ASL with limestone and pebble soil
Vinification/Ageing: fermentation on the skins for 7 to 10 days, then aged in stainless steel.
Tasting Note: Aromas of blackberry and cherries. the palate is supple with light tannins and plenty of flavour.
