Varietals: 80% Petit Rouge with 20% Vien de Nus and Fumin
Farming: No use of insecticides, no acaricides, no chemical weeding are performed. Manuring is performed just with organic substances (manure).
Vinification/Ageing: With destemmed grapes, maceration with skin for 8 to 10 days pumping over three times a day at 28C to 30C controlled temperature. Refined in stainless steel.
Tasting Note: Complex aromas rich in floral notes. Pleasantly fresh in the mouth, warm and soft, moderately acid. Ideal for accompanying first courses and traditional Aosta Valley soups, perfect for an afternoon snack.
