2019 Antano Montefalco Rosso DOC

Case of 12 bottles

Varietals: Sangiovese 70%, Sagrantino 15%, Merlot 15%

Alcohol: 15%

Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with only wild yeasts existing on grapes. 24 months ageing, 12 of which are spent in large oak barrels. 4-6 months in bottle before release. 

Description: A ripe, racy effort laced with dried fruit, wild rose and spice. A medium to full-bodied Rosso where harmonious flavours and underlying minerality add complexity to the fresh finish. A great introduction to the Sagrantino varietal. Ageing potential: 8-10 years.
