2018 Antano Montefalco Rosso Riserva DOC

Varietals: Sangiovese 65%, Sagrantino 15%, Merlot 15%, Cabernet 5%

Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation in stainless steel using only the natural yeasts present on the grapes, with malolactic. 36 months ageing, of which 14 months are spent in large oak barrels.

Alcohol: 15%

Description: Dark ruby red with aromas of dark red fruit, balsamic and spice.  Strongly structured, this is powerful and persistent. Tannins are balanced by freshness; this is considered one of the most important wines of the entire denomination.  Ageing potential: 10-15 years.
