Vinification/Ageing: Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration of the skins for 4 weeks and frequent pumping over. Ageing in large oak barrels (20-60 hL) for 30 months followed by 6-8 months in bottle.
Description: Garnet red, tending to orange with ageing. On the nose it manifests itself through a spectrum of notes ranging from eucalyptus to sweet tobacco to get to small red fruits. The drink is deep and multifaceted with a silky and resolute tannic mass.
