Varietals: 100% Trebbiano d'Abruzzo (organic)
Vinification/Ageing: 3-4 days cold maceration on skins, 15-20% fermented in acacia tonneau (5 hl) and the rest in stainless steel. Ageing for 9 months on the lees in barrel followed by 10 months in bottle.
Description: Straw-gold yellow with deep and elegant notes of white flowers and yellow fruit, with hints of chamomile and star anise that are typical of the variety. A medium body and fresh acidity provide for easy pairings.
