Description: A dry, spicy white, with myrrh, anise and allspice notes running through the flavors of Golden Delicious apple, fig and green melon. This is backed by acidity, beautifully balanced, with incredible structure.

90 Points - Vinous: "The 2016 Bianco della Castellada is a yellow golden color, with a bouquet of almond paste and crushed flower petals giving way to dusty dried nectarines. This is a rich and glycerol in feel, coating the palate in opulent ripe tropical fruits and sweet spices, as a bump of juicy acidity adds lift. It tapers off with candied citrus notes, as well as sweet melon and mint. There's the slightest hint of warmth here, yet the 2016 stays in balance."
