Vinification/Ageing: After pressing and destemming, the must ferments in stainless steel for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in wood. 6 months ageing in 50 hl oak barrels and minimum 3 months in the bottle.
Description: Intense, fragrant aromas with hints of blackberries and blackcurrants, rose tea and violets. The palate is intense, with a light tannin texture and good persistence.
