Vinification/Ageing: 18 day fermentation in concrete tanks. 24 months ageing in 6200 liter Slavonian oak botti. No filtering, fining, or other additions.
Description: Textural seduction abounds from Italy’s version of a very, very fine red Burgundy. Ruby red and layered with a core of mature fruit, spice and finessed, silky tannins. 3500 bottles made.
