It’s cool-toned and silky, with energizing acidity and salty minerals that frame its tart wild berry fruits. There’s beautiful balance here, as it swings from savory to sweet, taking on a purple-tinged persona, as notes of licorice and violet florals linger on the longer and structured finish. This is really very nice and geared to a long and even evolution in collectors’ cellars."
