Ageing/Vinification: Maceration in Slavonian oak with indigenous yeasts for 4 days. Fermentation with 11 months ageing in barrique. Refining for 11 months in stainless steel vats without filtration, then bottled for an additional 12 months.
Description: A rich and structured still white wine, with intense and complex aromas of apricot, wild flowers and potted herbs. A deep and full-bodied flavour with persistence.
