Ageing/Vinification: 40-45 day maceration with malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. Aged 18-24 months in untoasted 700L tonneaux with an additional 12-18 months in bottle before release.
Description: Intense aromas of plum and berries, with hints of rose petal, dark chocolate and sandalwood. Full-bodied, with big, chewy tannins and a long finish. Layered and structured.
