Vinification/Ageing: Soft pressing of the grapes, natural clarification of the must by cold static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.
Description: Shiny straw yellow with golden shades. Notes of flint, ripe fruits and citrus with hints of vanilla and flowers. Sapidity on the palate matching the nose. Well structured, creamy and sustained by a nice acidity which makes it very pleasant to savour.
