Vinification/Ageing: 24 hours fermentation, then about 60% of the must is drawn off before fermentation continues. Minimum 3 months of ageing with an additional month in bottle before release.
Description: A brilliant medium copper, elegant and bright with aromas of tart red fruit, herbs and red flowers. This is a dry rosato with lovely saline notes on the palate, fresh acidity and a crisp berry finish.
